November 14 – High-Level Interview
At a time when climate change seems to be falling down the agenda in many parts of the world, COP30 aims to re-energize international cooperation on the issue. With the Brazilian government hosting delegations from around the world in Belem, on the edge of the Amazon, protections for forests will be front and center, alongside long-needed debates about how to empower the Indigenous peoples and local communities who are best placed to steward climate-critical ecosystems. In fact, if the conference can deliver for these key stakeholders, it will have delivered for everyone.

November 17 – Making Sustainable Development Sustainable

How can we build the enduring majorities that we will need to make the net-zero transition politically sustainable?
